Hailing from New Haven, Connecticut, Gail became the Hirsh Center’s Billing Operations Manager in 2014. She obtained her Medical Secretary associate’s degree from Becker College and her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from American International University. Gail was the Occupational Health Billing Manager at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut for four years. She also served as the Office Coordinator and Billing Manager for medical groups in New Haven, Connecticut.
With a wealth of billing experience, Gail provides solid direction and comprehensive knowledge to our billing team. She supervises four billing specialists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in collections and reimbursement. Her expertise and guidance have propelled the Hirsh Center’s accounts receivable to an industry-leading 22 days. Gail also serves as The Hirsh Center’s HIPAA Compliance Officer and ensures that all patient health information is protected.
