About Nicole Limperis, PA-C

Nicole Limperis, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant and South Florida native who works hand in hand with Dr. Hirsh to care for patients at The Hirsh Center.

With a strong clinical foundation, warm communication style and patient-centered approach to rheumatology care, Nicole helps patients better understand their symptoms, treatment options and next steps. She listens closely, explains clearly and helps patients feel more informed, supported and confident at each visit.

Before joining The Hirsh Center, Nicole gained hands-on experience in orthopedic urgent care, emergency medicine and critical care. Her training strengthened her skills in musculoskeletal evaluation, joint injections, aspirations and diagnostic imaging interpretation, including X-rays.

Nicole also brings a meaningful background in clinical research. Before becoming a physician assistant, she worked as a clinical research coordinator focused on neurodegenerative diseases, including Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. That experience deepened her commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient education and thoughtful, individualized care.

At The Hirsh Center, Nicole helps patients navigate rheumatic, musculoskeletal, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions with clarity, compassion and a calm, reassuring presence.

Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys staying active, taking fitness classes and spending time on the water. She recently completed the Miami Marathon and also enjoys cooking and reading.
