From the first step into the office, Every employee was kind, delightful, wanting to ensure that I was given the best care possible. The team work expressed Excellence throughout my appointment
i was given all the time i need to communicate my very painful hip to ankle condition.
I was given a full course of diagnostic procedures and treated at my first office visit.
I was able to walk out of the office without pain, sheer joy. I highly recommend Dr Hirsch and his remarkable Team.

The best rheumatology practice in South Florida. Dr Hirsh and his staff are very very knowledgeable and office staff is the same Yhe entire practice is extremely professional. Also the place itself is a pleasure to look at. Whoever designed this office did a gorgeous job

Dr. Mark Hirsh was so kind, caring and thoughtful. He answered all my questions, alleviated some of my concerns and proceeded to give me a shot in my hip with no pain from the injection. I would highly recommend Dr. Hirsh to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, professional and incredible physician. In addition to Dr. Hirsh, his PA Alexa, is thoughtful, well-versed in her field and shows concern for her patients. Just another point - the front staff is great!

I have been a patient for over two years. IMO after 23 yrs of severe PsA and several Rheumatologists from AZ to FL. This office is the best. I have been treated by nearly every staff member. One better than the next. The staff is always smiling and helpful.

Dr. Martinez was on time. He was friendly. I had a very thorough exam. He reviewed my medications, vaccines, test dates. Prescribed future bloodwork and tests. He was awesome like the rest of this practice is. Professional Perfection!

Dr. Kapilow and I agreed to a treatment plan. She was to give me a shot in the nerve bundle above the left shoulder blade, to relieve neck pain.
While giving me this shot, she stopped injecting me there and suddenly went into my neck a injected the fluid into my cervical spine.
I wasn't asked if I approve or not, she just did it. This injection caused swelling in my cervical spine and horrendous pain. After giving me this injection, she literally ran out of the room without a word.
When arriving home the pain was intolerable. I called Dr. Kapilow, she called in a prescription for a seven day course of steroids. This treatment did not work well. The swelling persisted for ten days causing me severe pain for the period.
I can not recommend Dr. Kapilow for any procedure. I feel she is incompetent.
I have been getting shots for thirty years and never had a problem like this.
I did use Dr. Kapilow about two years ago for lowered back pain. She gave me an injection for the pain. The relief lasted one week. I went back to Dr. Kapilow and she gave me another shot saying that if that shot didn't work I should get an MRI.
The MRI showed L3, L4, L5 to be laying on each other with two herniations, one out the front one out the back.
I went to an orthopedic surgeon who scheduled a surgery in two weeks. I ended up with a double laminectomy, and a biradial fusion with spacers inserted.
I think some evidence of this would have showed up on the X-ray she ordered.
I believe she just wanted to get the money for the injections as she knew or should have known they would not be effective

Dr. Singh is undoubtedly one of the finest rheumatologists in Palm Beach. I have been her patient for over five years and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is not only highly knowledgeable and perceptive, but also deeply compassionate and engaging. Dr. Singh takes the time to truly understand my pain, which makes all the difference.
After living with rheumatoid arthritis for more than thirty years and seeing a dozen physicians, I finally feel that I am in the right hands. Dr. Singh’s care has made an incredible impact on my life, and I trust her completely with my ongoing treatment.

Dr. Hirsh is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his care. His ability to identify and resolve pain/issues is remarkable. I have been a patient for several years with the utmost confidence in the care and treatment by Dr, Hirsh and his team. Additionally, his team is also knowledgeable and well trained with the same goals .

I have seen your name around and heard good things about you. I have been diagnosed for several years with severe osteoporesis and was looking to go to another dr.- as the other dr has me wait over 2 hours. I was told by your desk that dr's in your practice NEVER seen patients with osteoporosis. They are just seen by the "mid level people." That is a disgrace.

Just cancelled Ultrasound appt. for 11/01st due to the Hirsch Center charging client $90.00 for prior authorization in case I need certain medicines for RA.
Very disappointing.

From the warm greeting by the front desk team to the checkout process, the care & attention provided by Dr Hirsh and his staff was an exceptional experience in a highly professional, well-appointed environment. I was a new patient, referred to Dr Hirsh by my internist for treatment of osteoarthritis in my left knee. Each individual I encountered (nurse, technician, medical assistant, etc.) was compassionate and patiently answered my questions. During my visit, Dr Hirsh repeatedly returned to the exam room after various procedures (i.e., intake, ultrasound, x-ray, etc.) At the end of my visit, Dr Hirsh returned to provide a detailed recap and his recommendation for next steps. I highly recommend The Hirsh Center.

Evan is awesome. He’s got a great bedside manner. Really cares about his patients and wants the best results for them. I’m very active and need a little help now and then and I always choose the Hirsch Center. You should too.

I had my first visit to the The Hirsh Center on 6/6/24 for a painfully, disabling index finger tendonitis.
I entered a large, well designed waiting room and was immediately greeted by a lovely receptionist, Tiffany. After a brief check in not overloaded with forms, I was taken back to an examining room. Rachel, a medical technician, asked me preliminary questions and was pleasant and attentive. Alexa, a nurse practitioner, spent a lot of time asking me many more question. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional and relaxing. Elizabeth and Amy were also essential in supervising my treatment.
After this entourage, I saw Dr. Marc Hirsh. What a fabulous person! He spent more than enough time to evaluate my condition. I did not feel rushed for a second. He displayed competence, compassion and composure as he clearly enjoyed what he was doing.
I had an x-ray series taken of my right hand by a pleasant technician, returned to the examining room and enlightened by Dr. Hirsh of my condition. We appropriately proceeded with an ultra sound assisted cortisone injection of the inflamed finger tendon…but not before Dr. Hirsh injected a numbing agent and waiting ten minutes for it to actually work. I felt no pain when the steroid injection was given in the exact place for it to heal without injuring neighboring tissue.
I was given a finger brace to wear during the night and checked out with a follow up appointment in six weeks.
My experience at The Hirsh Center was extraordinary…pleasant surroundings, competent and compassionate personnel, and, of course, treatment by a superb physician, Dr. Hirsh.
Health care delivery for a patient can be challenging these days for any number of reasons. The Hirsh Center demonstrates how health care should be performed. I highly recommend The Hirsh Center for rheumatologic and rheumatologic-related conditions.
