Advertising/Marketing Coordinator

Qualified Candidate Requirements:
**Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising
- 3 years proven work experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in the healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer skills in a PC-working environment including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Proven track record of developing and executing high ROI-generating paid media campaigns
- Creativity to produce social media posts, mass emails, and other marketing materials
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Creating and implementing internal and external marketing strategies
- Coordinating advertising contracts, placement, and renewals
- Creating and ordering marketing materials
- Coordinating and attending marketing events
- Monitoring social media and responding to patient reviews
- Coordinating website updates
- Maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical reps to coordinate lunches
- Compiling monthly marketing report
Compensation:
Salary negotiable based on experience, typically $42,000 to $52,000 plus benefits.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Days: Monday through Friday
